Pizza Hut Praha Klapkova

I truly love the taste of the pizza but the service is horrible. On 4th of September our order came and 2x garlic bread with cheese were missing. After I called the call centre they promised that someone will call me to fix this. 2 weeks later - no call yet. -80 CZK for me. Yesterday - September 15, we pre-ordered food and set the delivery time for 19:00, you had more than 2 hours to prepare. At 19:00 you send me an SMS that the food will be 45 minutes late. I called to your call centre 4 times (!!) and every time the agents were telling me that they will contact the venue and someone will contact me - of course nobody did. I called you 4 times and got ZERO support. Even that last time (the 4th call) the lady on the phone snapped on me and was quite rude - she told me she is working in a call centre for the whole republic and she is not the one who will bring me the pizza so I have to understand that she can't do much? Why is she even working there if she cannot help and only being vague and generic that "someone will call me"? Why is no one on the phone empathic and try to understand that this is not how you should provide service to paying customers? Horrible service. Good food though. I expect some generic copy-paste under this review as well because that's what usually happened with the other reviews on Google. Improve your service, don't just promise calls and then hiding. Our food arrived 55 min. late, no, that's not okay. Of course we will be cranky and impatient on the phone. AmRest s.r.o. should know about this.

I've been getting pizza from them for the last two years, never had any problems. But what they brought me today is hard to call edible. I don't know how they can allow such a thing to come out. Also two things were missing, I called the number and they told me they would call me back and bring the missing food, and nothing, no one called, but maybe better that way.

I ordered the veggie pizza but it was the most disgusting pizza, i have ever had. The pizza dough was totally Raw and sandy. I just ate one bite and threw it to bin. I never expected this kind of services from renowned Pizza hut.

My first experience with Pizza Hut. It wasn't bad but I'm just not gonna become a big fan of this type of pizza. This crust was still too big for me. And it's just a mass production fast food. Good quality product, good ingredients, good bake. Nothing to really complain. I just didn't like it too much and therefore only three stars. If you ever had a proper Italian pizza from wood oven you'll understand what's my problem. If not, you'll enjoy Jabba the Hutt Pizza. Oh wait, wrong reference. Also I have mention the pizza guy which was really friendly and provided a good service and product. And the place itself was very clean and runned properly.

So excited place! We were traveling and just get to Pizza Hut as it was really near to our hotel. Price is good enough and pizza is tasty. Medium size is just suitable for 1 person. Liked the service and small waiting time (just around 10 minutes).

Pizza Hut is a chain, but this branch is particulary good. I usually order, pizzas arrive fast and warm with proper ingredients.

I have always loved Pizza Hut Pizza. But I didn't like this pizza at all. There was very small amount of cheese in it and their service was very poor. They asked me to take away or dine in?I said I will eat here.i was waited for my pizza 32 minutes ... Later when I ask for my pizza at the counter they give it in the box? And drink! Nothing to say.

For a late night / end of service it was good enough
