★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokud se nic neděje, vše ok. Jakmile se něco stane, vše je problém. Nepříjemni zaměstnanci, kteří ani neumí předat stížnost nadřízenému. Zaměstnanci neznají pojistné a obchodní podmínky a několikrát udávají informace v rozporu s aktuálním zněním zákonů. Trpělivost, neústupnost a příprava jsou nutné, aby splnil co slíbili a co maji za povinnost.
Until nothing happens, everything is ok. Once something happens, everything is a problem. Unpleasant employees who can't even pass on a complaint to a superior. Employees are unaware of insurance and business conditions and provide information several times in violation of the current wording of the laws. Patience, intransigence and preparation are necessary to fulfill what they promised and what they have to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deceptive practices. I wanted to close my insurance but website doesn't have any terms for old products. So I asked the customer support for latest process on how to close it. They told me just send it by mail and write account number, your info and where you'd like to get money back.
Upon sending it, they took almost 2 months to reply and in the reply they told me that I wrote other account than I I paid insurance from so they have to reject my request of cancellation. Or I can fix it to some date. Of course, that date is in a few days and I'm out of country. Shame on them because now I have to pay fees for not paying insurance because if it was cancelled as agreed, all would be fine.
Never such nonsense insurance. Never anyone from my family open there account even if they were 99% cheaper than other insurances.
