Contrary to all the negative reviews, I have one positive one. An hour before closing time, I went to open a company account. Waiting 5 minutes, for another 10 solved with answering all questions. No offering a loan or other services I am not interested in. Three papers with all the important information, no cluttered stacks.

The online store does not have an ID number or an address or a phone number just like a strange email and no one responds to it. The bank today, March 8, 2021, after noon when I arrived at Mr. X was very arrogant, sprawled on a chair. So these reviews from people really sit, I have the same experience. I'm damaged and I needed help from the bank from complaints so that I wouldn't lose money on goods I don't get. Their ATMs, which they had a couple in the Dejvice and Prague uprisings, are disappearing. This bank will never be more. A slightly better approach to Budejovice. But a queue of people who keep waiting. The bank employee, despite the fact that there was a queue at one of the counters, began to say something to a colleague at the next table, who was closed, but it was not the work but the life they said. I am very pleased that today this horror dream for years with this bank and especially the branch in Klapkova Street is over. I do not recommend it to anyone.
