★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horší banku sem nezažila. Jsem ráda že jsem si konečně i nich mohla zrušit účet. Dnes jsem čekala hodinu a půl než mě někdo obslouží.
 The worse bank was not here. I'm glad I could finally cancel my account. Today I waited an hour and a half for someone to serve me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší pobočka v nejhorší bance. Nezažil jsem, ze by někdy něco bylo, tak jak mi bylo řečeno. Fakt tragedie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel zamestnanci jsou nezkuseni a zrejme se to nemaji kde, resp. od koho, naucit, jelikoz ani pan vedouci pobocky nevedel. Chteli po mne nemale poplatky za operaci, ktera je v oficialnim ceniku zdarma. To, ze na me byli neprijemni, nekomentuji.
Unfortunately, the employees are inexperienced and probably have nowhere to go, resp. from whom, to learn, since not even the branch manager did not know. They wanted a lot of fees for the operation, which is free in the official price list. I do not comment on the fact that they were uncomfortable with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přijdu tam rano, takže jsem v podstatě prvni zakaznik. Sundam si čepici, pozdravim a prvni co uslyším tak to jak nějaká blondska krava s čapim hnízdem na hlavě se otáčí ode mě na kolegu a s řechtanim se pta "CO TO JE?" A vypadalo že ji vubec nevadí že ji slyším. Škoda že jsem se ne podíval jak se jmenuje, určitě bych kontaktoval vedoucího. Jinak problem, proč jsem tam přišel, s jiným pánem vyřešil během 5 minut.
I'll be there in the morning, so I'm basically the first customer. I take off my cap, say hello and the first thing I hear is how some blonde cow with a stork nest on my head turns from me to a colleague with a rattle "What's this?" And it seemed that she didn't mind hearing her. Too bad I didn't look at her name, I would definitely contact the manager. Otherwise, the problem, why I came there, solved another master within 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ani po 5 měsících od žádosti o zrušení účtu nebyl účet zrušen a stále mi chodí vypisy. Stejna nekompetentce, jako na jiných pobočkách. Nedivím se, že to zde postupně ruší. Doplacení hypotéky a prodej nemovitosti se díky jejich přístupu protáhlo z 2 měsíců na 3/4 roku. Nedoporučuji.
Even after 5 months from the request to cancel the account, the account was not canceled and I still get statements. The same incompetence as at other branches. No wonder it's gradually canceling it here. Thanks to their approach, mortgage repayments and the sale of real estate lasted from 2 months to 3/4 years. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak po roce jsem pobočku navštívil a velké zklamání. Banka pro mě jako klienta (který je u ní pár let) vlastně nic navíc neudělá. Příští rok si najdu lepší banku...
So after a year I visited the branch and was very disappointed. The bank will not actually do anything extra for me as a client (who has been with her for a few years). I'll find a better bank next year ...
