★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pred mesicem a pul jsem byl v RB na Praze 7, kde jsem chtel bezplatny firemni ucet. Na pobocce me banker ujistoval, ze za nic platit nebudu. Vcera prisel poplatek ve vysi 40 Kc, tak jsem volal na RB infolinku, protoze “osobni banker”, ktereho jsem mel v mobilni aplikaci mi cely den nezvedal telefon (porad se neozval), a tam mi rekli ze si mam dojiz na pobocku, kde mam zazadat o reklamaci. Vubec nechapu proc bych mel chodit na pobocku, kdyz me jsou schopni identifikovat po telefonu pres milion s-pinu, i-pinu a buh vi jakeho dalsiho pinu, kterych jsem dostal asi 10... Zlata Air Bank a.s. , kde nikdy nebyl zadny problem! Spatne rozhodnuti si otevirat firemni ucet v teto bance..
A month and a half ago I was in RB in Prague 7, where I wanted a free company account. At the branch, the banker assured me that I wouldn't pay for anything. Yesterday came a fee of 40 Kc, so I called RB infoline, because the "personal banker", which I had in the mobile application I did not answer my phone all day (no answer), and there they told me that I have to go to a branch where I have to apply for a claim. I do not understand why I should go to the branch, when they are able to identify over the phone over a million s-pin, i-pin and God knows what other pin I got about 10 ... Gold Air Bank a.s. where there has never been any problem! Wrongly determined to open a corporate account at this bank ..

Za zrušení pokladny, jak tu v mnoha recenzích lidé píší, nemohou zaměstnanci této pobočky. Ti svoji práci odvádí dobře.

When finally someone was available to help they said they could not help because i do not have a residence permit. I am an expat and have been with Raiffeisen for over 3 years but my bank card and ID were somehow not enough??
