Nechápu, že to TMCZ neřeší, ostuda! Terrible, crazy ... The worst courier! Cancels last minute deadlines. I do not understand that TMCZ does not solve it, shame!
d	dafda dafadf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato společnost zapříčinila to, že jsem se rozhodl nepřejít k T-mobilu, jak jsem původně chtěl. 4 dny mi posílají SMS z PJ expedis, že mi doručí zásilku a nic. Dispečink zásadně nebere telefón. Řidič nic neví nic o moji zásilce a je navíc sprostý. This company caused me to decide not to switch to T-mobile as I originally wanted. For 4 days they send me an SMS from PJ expedis that they will deliver the shipment to me and nothing. The dispatch center does not pick up the phone. The driver knows nothing about my shipment and is also rude.

Po 5 minutovem zvonění se vám ještě vysmějí do obličeje. Evidentně neschopná banda. Od PJ expedis už si NIC neobjednám. Terrible company, the driver was unable to deliver the consignment for 2 days, on the third day I preferred to drive for it myself. 150 km !!! Warehouse workers have their work hard in their arms. L	Lukáš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikam se nedá pořádně dovolat, když pošlu SMS o změně data, že nebudu doma dostupný tak se mi to stejně v ten den snaží doručit. Když se někam dovolám tak žádnou SMS ani email prý nevidí. Přišli mi v jednom týdnu 4 sms o tom, že převzali zásilku a do týdne ji doručí. Úžasný, vážně úžasný. Člověk, aby si vzal týden nebo dva dovolenou když mají něco přivézt. When I go somewhere so no SMS or email is said to see. I received 4 SMS in one week that they received the shipment and deliver it within a week. Amazing, really amazing. Prý budou informovat, kdy zboží dovezou, v 10 dopo sms nic, tak volam řídiči, přijedu kolem poledne a půl 2 řidič nikde, tak mu volám opět a prý teprve jedu k vám do města, tak půl hodka až hodka. Přijede, a říka mi, jste nedockava. Když si něco objednáte, tak musíte být celý den doma. Strašný Terrible. Ráno pak přijde SMS s omluvou že zásilku nedoruci. Toto už se opakuje 5den!! Když zavoláte na tel. číslo kuryra tak je sprostý a řekne ať si to vyřešíte na centrále v Praze kde to raději nikdo ani nezvedne. Terrible company. L	Lucie Zábušková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kuryr arogantni, neprofesioalni, prisly mi 2 rozdilne sms s casem o doruceni,obratila jsem se na kuryra s prosbou co z toho plati, dostala se mi nevhodna arogantni odpoved, zadala jsem o novy termin, bez odpovedi v 7 rano kuryr vola ze je na adrese ( na ktere jsem upozornila ze ten dany cas nebudu moci byt ) tak mi pote potvrdil doruceni na nasledujici den, bez upresneni casu cekala jsem na sms mezi jakou hodinou bude balicek dorucen.. sms zadna ...v 6:30 rano vola ze je za chvilku na adrese.. pozdravit temer neumi, mily neni, ochotny neni.. bohuzel zklamani arrogant courier, unprofessional, I received 2 different text messages with delivery time, I turned to the courier with a request for what applies, I received an inappropriate arrogant answer, I entered a new deadline, no answer at 7 in the morning, the courier called that he is at (where I am she warned that the given time I will not be able to be) so he confirmed my delivery the next day, without specifying the time I waited for an SMS between what time the package will be delivered ..
