Když pracujete na Home Office, tak to bez připojení k internetu jde dost těžko. Velice neprofesionální přístup. I don't usually write incredible, negative reviews, but the modem delivery date has changed for the third time ... Jednání arogantní a namísto snahy zásilku doručit mám pocit, že převládá snaha zásilku nedoručit. Zkrátka hrůza, kdyby to bylo možné, dám nulu. M	Martin Böhm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato firma je katastrofa. Snad nejhorší, co jsem zažil. Doručují jen dopoledne, že je někdo v práci, je vůbec nezajímá. Pokud si nevezmu volno, balík vůbec nedoručí. Na adresu firmy nepojedou, to nééé, to se jim nechce. Dohoda tedy není možná. Na SMS o změnách nereagují, absolutně to ignorují, a pokud něco vezou zpět, na storno a změnu dopravy se čeká i týden, ačkoli slibují jeden den. Logisticky i administrativně naprosto nezvládnuto. Nejhorší vizitku dělají T-Mobilu, jenž má být zaměřený na spokojenost klienta. Tady těžce selhávají. Opravdu "velký, špatný". Nedoporučuji ani nepříteli. This company is a disaster. Perhaps the worst I've ever experienced. They only deliver in the morning that someone is at work, they don't care at all. If I don't take time off, I won't deliver the package at all. They won't go to the company's address, no, they don't want that. An agreement is therefore not possible. They do not react to the SMS about the changes, they absolutely ignore it, and if they bring something back, a week is expected to cancel and change the traffic, although they promise one day. Logistically and administratively completely out of order. They make the worst business card for T-Mobile, which is supposed to be focused on client satisfaction. They fail badly here. Really "big, bad". I don't even recommend the enemy.

E	Eva Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdyby to šlo, dám nulu, firma zaměstnává hodně neprofesionální řidiče, kteří dělají vše proto aby zásilku nemuseli doručit. Nedají vedět, že vůbec ten den zásilku doručují, navíc když zavolal řidič a měla jsem jiný hovor/obsazeno, automaticky stornoval doručení a nezvedal telefon na který jsem volala o 1 minutu zpět. Arogantni jednani. Bohužel si při doručení modemu není možné vybrat jinou firmu a je to na odesílateli. They don't know that they deliver the shipment at all that day, moreover, when the driver called and I had another call / busy, he automatically canceled the delivery and didn't answer the phone I called back 1 minute. Arrogant acts. Unfortunately, when the modem is delivered, it is not possible to choose another company and it is up to the sender.
V	Václav Procházka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně neuvěřitelné a neprofesionální jednání. Od odesílatele, nadnárodní společnosti, byly několikrát zasílány smlouvy k podepsání. Pokaždé s výslovnou žádostí o doručení po 9-té hodině dopolední. Po prvním SMS od spolecnosti: "Dnes jme Vás nezastihly při doručování zásilky * od společnosti . Změny nám dejte vědět odpovědí na tuto SMS nebo na čísle ." Jsem na SMS odpověděl, že prosím o doručení viz výše. Zpráva zůstala bez jakékoliv odpovědi, na dispečink společnosti se nedalo dovolat (pouze automat, přes který nebylo možno se dostat dále, zkoušeno několikrát za den). Tuto společnost nikdy více, pokud můžete, vyhněte se jí velkým obloukem. I státní podnik jako je ČP je v přístupu k zákazníkům o 100% výše. Bohužel nejde dát nižší hodnocení než 1. Zde bych se nebál jít s hodnocením i do mínusu. Negativní recenze nikdy nepíši, nicméně tahle společnost mi tak hla žlučí, že se nedá jinak. Absolutely unbelievable and unprofessional behavior. The message went unanswered, the company's dispatch center could not be called (only the vending machine, through which it was not possible to get further, was tested several times a day). This company will never again, if you can, avoid it with a big arc. Even a state-owned company such as ČP is 100% more approachable to customers. Unfortunately, it is not possible to give a rating lower than 1. I would not be afraid to go down with the rating here. I never write negative reviews, but this company makes me so bile that it can't be otherwise.
