M	Marketa Drdova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupila jsem v pondělí pračku, kterou jsem měla v úmyslu hned odvézt,paní mi nabídla dovézt zdarma druhý den že se sní nebudu muset vláčet v autě a otravovat někoho s pomocí mi ji vyložit, pračka nedorazila, ve středu jsem volala na pobočku kde kde teda mám tu pračku, pračku našli ve skladu, zapomněli ji naložit a že ji dovezou nejdříve v pátek, pro pračku jsem si tedy dojela , vodák ji zapojil a když jsem chtěla pračku zapnout , tak ejhle pračka nereaguje všechny kontroly blikají a nepere, volám tedy znovu do prodejny a tam mně odkázaly ať si zavolám na nějaký servis , ten sem tedy našla a popsala problém, servis dorazí až 30.7. super koupíte pračku novou a čekáte 21 dní než budete moci prát. Zda vůbec v den návštěvy servisního technika bude oprava provedena. V Planeo Elektro v Českém Krumlově určitě zase něco " koupím " . Kupovala jsem pro firmu a hotově , tak nedoporučuji tento obchod s přístupem zaměstnanců : kup zaplať a neotravuj, když máš problém poraď si , žádná nabídka reklamace či výměny za jiný kus.
