★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firmu Pramos jsme si vybrali, protože jejich okna mají nejlepší poměr cena/kvalita. Koupili jsme nové Horizont Space 8, které mají výborné parametry (do nízkoenergetických domů). Krásné široké rámy, nová barva Alux s kovovým leskem. Třída profilu A – žádné nekvalitní recykláty. Komunikace na pobočce v Olomouci na jedničku. Informovali nás absolutně o všem, nevynechali ani upozornění k nebezpečí tepelného lomu světla u některých oken. Podány tedy naprosto kompletní informace. Řešení případných reklamací proběhlo k absolutní spokojenosti zákazníka – dokonce uháněli oni nás, aby měli vše vyřešené co nejdříve, a navíc nad naše očekávání. Informovali o všech krocích včetně přijetí plateb apod. Doporučena instalace, jak má správně být – prvky k zemi s podkladním profilem Purenit, ošetření připojovací spáry páskami. Při stavbě domu jsme museli řešit hodně věcí a firmu Pramos můžeme doporučit absolutně po všech směrech – jak komunikace, kvalita materiálu, přístup a chování k zákazníkům. Případným stavebníkům doporučujeme vyhnout se oknům ke stěně – vždy se okno usazuje tak, aby byla možná dilatace (cca 20 mm) a není to možné tedy dorovnat omítkou ? We chose Pramos because their windows have the best price / quality ratio. We bought a new Horizont Space 8, which has excellent parameters (for low-energy houses). Beautiful wide frames, new Alux color with a metallic sheen. Profile class A - no poor quality recyclates. Communication at the branch in Olomouc at number one. They informed us of absolutely everything, they did not miss the warning about the danger of thermal refraction of light in some windows. Thus, absolutely complete information is given. The resolution of any complaints took place to the absolute satisfaction of the customer - they even rushed us to have everything resolved as soon as possible, and moreover beyond our expectations. They informed about all steps, including acceptance of payments, etc. Recommended installation, as it should be - elements to the ground with the underlying profile Purenit, treatment of the connection joint with tapes. When building the house, we had to deal with a lot of things and we can recommend Pramos in absolutely every way - both communication, material quality, approach and behavior to customers. We recommend potential builders to avoid windows to the wall - the window always settles so that expansion is possible (approx. 20 mm) and it is not possible to match it with plaster ? There is no problem with windows as such. Focus tragic. It stretches around the windows and the windows move in frames. The plaster is falling off.
