★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otřesná zkušenost s touto firmou! Nedoporučuji. Máme křivá okna i rámy a reklamaci nejsou schopni vyřídit více jak rok a půl! Pořád se na něco vymlouvají a snaží se reklamaci vyřídit k prospěchu jejich. Nejlépe na křivé rámy dát nová údajně rovná okna. (soudním znalcem nám bylo sděleno, že je to naprostý nesmysl) Jen vše natahují. Podle zjištění na internetu nejsme první ani poslední ke kterým se takto chovají při reklamaci. Recenze na facebooku atd. které jsou pro ně špatné mažou. Při koupi oken jsou samozřejmě sladcí jako med. Otřesná zkušenost s touto firmou.
Terrible experience with this company! I do not recommend. We have crooked windows and frames and they are not able to handle complaints for more than a year and a half! They are still making excuses for something and trying to settle the complaint for their benefit. It is best to put new supposedly straight windows on the curved frames. (We were told by a forensic expert that this was complete nonsense) They just stretch everything. According to the findings on the Internet, we are not the first or last to be treated in this way during a complaint. Reviews on Facebook, etc., which are bad for them delete. When buying windows, of course, they are as sweet as honey. Terrible experience with this company.
