★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel chování obchodníka kazí jméno celé firmě. Uhradila jsem zálohu, dojela do Prahy ( cesta 3h) a večer před vyzvednutím auta, které jsem si měla půjčit na víkend mi pán volá, že jiný klient auto rozbil, že mi ho bohužel půjčit nemůže. Chápu, že se to může stát. Bohužel se mi to nezdálo a po víkendu jsem požádala známého aby tam zavolal, že si chce auto půjčit. Byla jsem opravdu naštvaná, když mu obchodník řekl, že auto je k dispozici. Tohle mi opravdu nepřijde jako solidní jednání…
Unfortunately, the trader's behavior spoils the name of the whole company. I paid the deposit, arrived in Prague (trip 3 hours) and the evening before picking up the car I was supposed to rent for the weekend, the gentleman calls me that another client broke the car, that unfortunately he cannot lend it to me. I understand that this can happen. Unfortunately, I didn't think so and after the weekend I asked an acquaintance to call there that he wanted to rent a car. I was really upset when the salesman told him the car was available. This really doesn't seem like a solid deal to me…
