Takze to chcu vratit penize za ten settopbox a resim po novem roce satelit. Kazdej den to ma vypadky a ted v nedeli naprosta katastrofa. Firma navíc tvrdila, že navyšuje rychlost (což sice udělala), ale současně zvedla počet agregace (počet účastníků na rychlost) a tím se naopak rychlost snížila. Pokaždé když zaprší, nebo příjde zima, tak internet dokonce vypadne. Při výpadku s vámi servis (NON-STOP servis) nekomunikuje dokud den pracovní den a tím je menší zatížení internetu a ten jede. Nevím vůbec proč nabízejí televizi IPTV, když nejede internet. Nedá se na nic dívat. V nejbližší době odcházíme k jiné společnosti. V nočních hodinách, kdy odezva klesne na lepších 100 ms začnou neuvěřitelné výpadky, které jsou stabilnější a zaručenější, než že tenhle internet funguje. Na telefonické upozornění jsem dostal odpověď kolega prověří. Asi se však bohužel zapomněl na obědě a prověřil možná tak jídelníček v restauraci. O rychlosti stahování radši psát nebudu, protože odezva je tak pomalá, že se vám stránka odkud stahujete ani nenačte. Absolutely the worst internet. 15 hours a day the response is 700ms +. Internetova televize nepoužitelná. Pokud se nedíváte brzo ráno nebo v noci, tak to jen načítá. Podívat se večer na film není moc reálné. Bohužel .Jakmile doběhne smlouva měním poskytovatele. Internet je nestabilní a v komunikaci nulová odezva. Když mi internet nefunguje, nebo se chci zeptat, tak mi servisní kontakt neberou. Rychlost internetu je katastrofální. V hodinách, kdy jej většina lidí používá je nepoužitelný?. Je použitelný pouze v noci, nebo brzy ráno, kdy tolik lidí nepoužívá internet. L	Lacky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet je velice nekvalitní, z 80% času jede na 40% i když mám zajkoupeno nejlepší rychlost (cca 15 let v Plumlově) , MS ve hrách lítají až na 3000. Samotní PLneťáci se nezajímají o to že mají jejich zákazníci problém, protože sami svůj internet nepoužívají. Vskutku smutné. Odešel jsem k PLnet od Infosu nebo se furt sekal ale tady to je šílený každou chvíli zpomalený tak že neodešlu ani slovo co slovo ani se mi nenačte stránka. Když tam zavolám tak mi telefon zavěsí... když jim napíši o co jde tak nereagují. To mě vytočilo napsal jsem jim svoje a teď ho mám zpomalený 2x tolik. Opravdu neskutečný ... není týden co bych neřešil u nich rychlost. DISASTER!
