H	Hynyz 97 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice nedoporučuji. Wifi skoro nefunguje i přesto že se u nás stavil technik. Opravdu netuším za co si účtují. Bydlim od Sprintelu kousek a vůbec nejede. I highly do not recommend. Wifi almost doesn't work even though a technician stopped by. I really have no idea what they're charging for. I live close to Sprintel and don't drive at all.

Jednání techniků i prodejců velmi dobré. Na dotazy odpovídají velmi rychle i na emailu, což je super. Se vším rádi poradí a zatím nebyl jakýkoliv problém se na čemkoliv dohodnout. Prodejkyně na telefonu vždy příjemné. Oba technici, kteří tu byli super - dobré tipy na umístění routeru, vpohodě vše vysvětlí a na dotazy se netváří otráveně a odpovídají zcela lidsky. Jednoduše se nechovají povýšeně jen proto, že tomu rozumí. Velká snaha na co nejlepší odladění Wifi také s ohledem na ostatní. Ze začátku byl internet nestabilní, mohlo za to rušení okolních Wifi sítí. Po odladění je vše stabilní a i přes Wifi slušně rychlé. Stabilita zatím na jedničku, nikdy vyloženě nevypadl. Když to porovnám třeba s Nordic Telecom, kde mi 14 dní nereagovali na různě podaná odstoupení a dokonce se mi dopis vrátil zpět jako nevyzvednutý, hodnotím rovnou 5 hvězdičkami a doufám, že to tak i zůstane. The behavior of technicians and dealers is very good. They also answer questions very quickly by email, which is great. They will be happy to handle everything and so far there has been no problem agreeing on anything. The saleswoman on the phone is always nice. Both technicians, who were great here - good tips on the location of the router, will explain everything in comfort and do not look annoyed to questions and answer completely humanely. They simply do not behave arrogantly just because they understand. Great effort to fine-tune Wifi as well as with others in mind. From the beginning, the internet was unstable, it was due to the interference of the surrounding Wifi networks. After debugging, everything is stable and despite Wifi decently fast. Stability is still number one, it has never clearly fallen out. If I compare it, for example, with Nordic Telecom, where they did not respond to my various resignations for 14 days and the letter even came back to me as uncollected, I rate it with 5 stars and I hope that it will remain so.

Je tedy pravda, že bydlím v úplně novém domě, kde celkové připojení je na vysoké úrovni. Their services suit me perfectly. Vyjednával jsem dokonce pro celý bytový dům a také nemám info o nějaké nespokojenosti. I have had Internet from Sprintel in Olomouc for a few years now, without any problem. When something happens, it is immediately resolved to customer satisfaction. I even negotiated for the whole apartment building and I also have no info about any dissatisfaction.
