Este un loc plăcut iubitorilor de călătorii cu trenul. Dacă călătoriți cu trenul, va recomand să faceți o mică oprire și în intervalul de timp dintre două trenuri să vizitați gara și împrejmuirile. A beautiful train station, in a specific natural and architectural setting. It is located quite close to hotels, restaurants, shops and sights. It is a pleasant place for train lovers. If you are traveling by train, I recommend that you make a short stop and visit the station and its surroundings in the time between two trains.

Ze strany nástupiště je vstup do soukromé kavárny, podává se zde opravdu výborná káva. Na nástupišti se nachází přístřešek pro cestující. V zastávce je funkční hlášení rozhlasu pro cestující. ČD mají dojem že cestující vlakem budou obíhat kilometry okolo nádraží aby našli označenou náhradní zastávku kde budou přistaveny autobusy. Nejmíň 20 lidem ujel vlak. ČD - styďte se!!!! Chápu že výluka být musí, ale hledat zastávky a platit za to tedy už nebudu. Fuj.!!!!!!!! Terrible organization of lockouts !!!!!!!!!! ČD has the impression that passengers traveling by train will cycle kilometers around the railway station to find a designated spare stop where buses will be delivered. At least 20 people missed the train. ČD - be ashamed !!!! I understand that lockout must be, but I will not look for stops and pay for it. Fuj. !!!!!!!!

V době jejího uvedení do provozu, resp. její části do Nýrska, kdy tato trať spadala pod Plzeňsko-březenskou dráhu, byla tato zastávka provizorním nádražím, kde tato trať, uvedená do provozu 6.10.1876 v Plzni končila.
