Když jsem se 3 domlouvala na opravu a seřízení kol, pán mi vždy do telefonu řekl, že kolega se mi ozve. Nikdo se ani napotřetí neozval. Tento přístup mě teda zarazil.
Po každém přezutí kol, mi měsíc na to, mi někdo (klidně i jen náhodný kolemjdoucí) řekl, že mám např. 2 přední kola úplně sjeté, že na tom nemůžu už jezdit. To bych asi čekala, že mi řeknou v servisu.
This service disappointed me.
When I agreed to repair and adjust the bikes, the gentleman always told me on the phone that a colleague would contact me. No one spoke for the third time. So this approach stopped me.
After each change of wheels, a month later, someone (even a random passer-by) told me that I have, for example, 2 front wheels completely worn, that I can no longer ride it. I'd probably expect them to call me at the service station.
