 A very pleasant employee in the office, with him contact even when paying, willingly explained the problem with the tire ... Some of the employees who fired me in the meeting, even though I decided to buy new tires and needed to see the wrong tire ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mam velmi negativni zkusenost. Objednal jsem se na geometrii, prijel jsem, najel na dilnu a hned prvni otazka mechanika jestli jsem delal novou napravu. (Proc bych nemohl zaplatit za provedeni geometrie ktera se ma delat jednou za rok? Upozornuji ze napravu mam v poradku bez vuli) Rikam tedy ze ne ale chci udelat geometrii preventivne. Natahl tedy cidla, zmeril a zjistil ze mam 2mm rozbihavost. Pote se me zeptal jestli mam rozhybane srouby, odpovedel jsem ze jsem auto nedavno koupil a osobne jsem nic nerozhybaval. V tu mi odpovedel ze si mam srouby nejprve rozhybat a prijet znova, podotykam bez toho aniz by to aspon zkusil povolit!!! Proste me hned vyhodil a jeste jsem musel platit 300kc za nic!! Zajel jsem tedy ke Kopeckym kde mi geometrii udelali na pockani a srouby sly krasne povolit. Takze radim radeji jezdit tam :)
I have a very negative experience. I ordered geometry, arrived, drove into the workshop and the first question of the mechanic if I was doing a new axle. (Why couldn't I pay for the geometry to be done once a year? I warn that I have an alignment without the will) So I say no but I want to do geometry preventively. So he pulled out the sensors, measured and found out I had a 2mm squeakness. He then asked me if I had the bolts moving, I replied that I had recently bought the car and personally I did not move anything. In that he replied that I have my screws first move and arrive again, I note without it at least tried to allow it !!! I just fired me and I had to pay 300kc for nothing !! So I drove to Kopecky where my geometry was done while I was waiting and the screws were beautifully loosened. So I prefer to go there :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozumím, že je sobota těsně před zavíračkou a člověk není objednaný.. 8-10 minut na přezutí pneu by se dalo najít, i za přirážku.
Díky, nevyspaná, na cestě z Brna pro letní pneu. Beru si je teda do Brna a snad konečně budu moct přezout.
Když člověk chce auto opravit a udělat termín je problém sobota a elektronika, neděláme diagnostiku airbagu - i kdyby to auto mohlo stát 2 týdny v servise. Díky za ochotu a radu
I understand that Saturday is just before closing time and one is not ordered. 8-10 minutes to change the tires could be found, even for a surcharge.
Thanks, asleep, on the way from Brno for summer tires. So I'm taking them to Brno and maybe I'll finally be able to change them.
When a person wants to repair a car and make a deadline, the problem is Saturday and electronics, we do not do airbag diagnostics - even if the car could cost 2 weeks in service. Thanks for the willingness and advice
