Auto jsme dali na opravu 23.4.2021 a dnes je to přesně 5 měsíců co ho má pan Kudr u sebe a my nejsme schopni z něj auto dostat ať už opravené nebo neopravené. Přitom se sám pán mému manželovi nabídl, že mu dá auto (Nissan X-trail) dohromady. Vzal si dost vysokou zálohu a od té doby slyšíme jen samé výmluvy. Můj muž mu stále věří, i když i on už ztrácí trpělivost, ale já jsem naprosto skeptická. Dokonce jsem donutila manžela aby panu Kudrovi řekl ať nám auto připraví k tomu, abychom ho mohli odtáhnout do jiného servisu, ale pan Kudr nám auto stejně nevydal. Nevím co dělat.
I don't know how everyone who wrote the reviews before me, but I'm terribly disappointed and upset. We put the car in repair on April 23, 2021 and today it is exactly 5 months that Mr. Kudr has it with him and we are not able to get the car from it, whether repaired or unrepaired. At the same time, the master himself offered my husband to put his car (Nissan X-trail) together. He took a rather high deposit and since then we hear only excuses. My husband still trusts him, even though he is losing patience, but I'm completely skeptical. I even forced my husband to tell Mr. Kudr to get the car ready for us to tow to another service center, but Mr. Kudr didn't give us the car anyway. I do not know what to do.
