★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po telefonické domluvě a přislíbení bytu prodejce nezvedá telefón a pouze odepisuje že zavolá později (Opakovaně, nikdy však nezavolal.) Podle recenzí jde o slušnou společnost. Nad kvalitou provedených rekonstrukcí (alespoň podle fotek) jen žasnu. Nicméně moje zkušenost je negativní. Za negativní recenzi se omlouvám. Jen jsem cítil potřebu se podělit o zkušenost.
After a telephone agreement and the promise of an apartment, the seller does not pick up the phone and only writes off that he will call later (Repeatedly, but never called.) According to reviews, this is a decent company. I am just amazed at the quality of the reconstructions made (at least according to the photos). However, my experience is negative. I apologize for the negative review. I just felt the need to share the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S touto firmou máme velmi kladnou zkušenost. Chtěli jsme na pronájem koupit družstevní byt, složili jsme rezervační poplatek. Následně se však družstvo vyjádřilo, že podnájem v tomto domě není možný, což prodejce zprostředkovateli neřekl. Nebyl problém se zrušením rezervace a poplatek nám vrátili do 3 dnů. Oceňuji profesionální přístup.
We have a very positive experience with this company. We wanted to buy a cooperative apartment for rent, we paid a reservation fee. Subsequently, however, the cooperative commented that sublease in this house is not possible, which the seller did not tell the broker. There was no problem with the cancellation and the fee was returned to us within 3 days. I appreciate the professional approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nákup družstevního bytu proběhl v pořádku, vše bez problému a rychle. Mírnou výhradu mám pouze ke způsobu určení kupní ceny (online obdoba otevírání obálek s nabídkami), tedy inzerovaná cena není nikdy konečná, nicméně taková je dnes zřejmě doba vzhledem k nedostatku bytů a ve finále jsem koupil i tak dobře a tedy jsem spokojen.
The purchase of the cooperative apartment went well, all without any problems and quickly. I have only a slight reservation about the method of determining the purchase price (online equivalent of opening envelopes with offers), so the advertised price is never final, however, this is probably the time today due to lack of apartments and in the final I bought just as well and I'm satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přes tuto realitní kancelář jsem si kupovala byt. Nelíbí se mi neprofesionální přístup. Každou věc musím řešit s jiným člověkem, což by nebyl takový problém, kdyby se vším nějaký problém nebyl. Každý při rozhovoru slíbí modré z nebe, ale pak se musí upomínat a né jednou! Po třech měsících nemám stále přístup ke sklepu ani ke schránce. Byt jsem si kupovala s tím, že se převádí do osobního vlastnictví, ale já nebudu muset již nic řešit a nic platit! Vše se musí řešit přes mě, protože když držustvo pošle instrukce realitní kanceláři, tak ta ani nereaguje, musela jsem i tak zaplatit já poplatek za vstup do držustva. V bytě se mi nezdají podlahy, to jsem konzultovala přímo s ředitelem realitní kanceláře a ten mi slíbil, že mi tady pošle firmu ať se na to podívají a opět nic. Myslím si, že když už člověk kupuje byt přes realitní kancelář, která z toho má značnou provizi, tak by měla klientovi poskytnout servis na úrovni, což se mi v tomto případě opravdu nezdá. Za mě tuto realitní kancelář nedoporučuji.
I bought an apartment through this real estate agency. I don't like the unprofessional approach. I have to solve every thing with another person, which would not be such a problem if there was no problem with everything. Everyone promises blue from the sky during the conversation, but then they have to be reminded and not once! After three months, I still don't have access to the cellar or the mailbox. I bought the apartment with the proviso that it is being transferred to personal ownership, but I will no longer have to deal with anything and pay nothing! Everything has to be solved through me, because if the estate sends instructions to the real estate agency, it does not even respond, I still had to pay a fee for entering the estate. I don't have floors in the apartment, I consulted directly with the director of the real estate agency and he promised me that he would send me a company here to look at it and again nothing. I think that if a person already buys an apartment through a real estate agency, which has a significant commission from it, he should provide the client with a level of service, which in this case really does not seem to me. I do not recommend this real estate agency for me.
