★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profesionální přístup, rodinná atmosféra, vždy se vším nápomocni. Nemusel jsem se vůbec o nic starat, vše vyřešili za mne. Chtěl bych zvlášť poděkovat paní Barboře Možiešikové, která měla moji nemovitost na starost a která mi se vším strašně moc pomohla. Ještě jednou díky a mnoho zdaru v budoucnosti.
 Professional approach, family atmosphere, always helpful. I didn't have to worry about anything at all, they solved everything for me. I would especially like to thank Mrs Barbora Možiešiková, who was in charge of my property and who helped me a lot with everything. Thanks again and good luck in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po mnohých zklamáních a oklamáních jinými realitkami jsem dostala tip právě na pana Demela a jsem za to opravdu velmi vděčná. Perfektní spolupráce, drží slovo, skutečný profesionál. Jako bonus mluví skvěle anglicky, což je při jednání s cizinci výhodou. Rozhodně se na něj obrátím i příště, až to bude potřeba. Můžu všem vřele doporučit!
After many disappointments and deceptions by other realtors, I got a tip about Mr. Demel and I am really very grateful for that. Perfect collaboration, holding the word, real professional. As a bonus, he speaks excellent English, which is an advantage when dealing with foreigners. I will definitely contact him again when needed. I can highly recommend to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profesionální přístup - kupovali jsme byt s již probíhající rekontrukcí a byla nám byla nabídnuta možnost přizpůsobit si vybavení bytu k obrazu svému, takže jsme si bydlení upravili dle svého vkusu. Samotná rekonstrukce prováděná rovněž Kaktusem byla provedena s důrazem na detail, naše četné dotazy a připomínky byly vždy odpovězeny a vysvětleny.
Nejvíce si ceníme že zde slovo platí, ne vše se u takových projektů dá podchytit smlouvou, ale co jsme se domluvili, to jsme dostali.

The reconstruction itself, also carried out by Cactus, was carried out with an emphasis on detail, and our numerous questions and comments were always answered and explained.
We most appreciate that the word is true here, not everything can be covered by a contract for such projects, but what we agreed on, we got.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jednoznačně z osobní zkušenosti mohu plně doporučit realitní kancelář Kaktus reality. Velmi oceňuji vstřícný a profesionální přístup pana Kůse a celého jeho týmu. Vše bylo perfektně domluveno, o nic jsem se nemusela starat, stačilo jen podepsat předložené smlouvy, které byly zaslány předem k nastudování. Měla jsem specifické požadavky, ale ve všem mi pan Kůs vyšel vstříc a vyhověl. Doporučuji! :-)
I can definitely recommend the Kaktus reality real estate agency from personal experience. I very much appreciate the helpful and professional approach of Mr. Kůs and his entire team. Everything was perfectly arranged, I didn't have to worry about anything, all I had to do was sign the submitted contracts, which were sent in advance for study. I had specific requirements, but in everything Mr. Ků accommodated me and complied. I recommend! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po velmi špatné zkušenosti s nejmenovaným realitním holdingem, jsme hledali profesionály, kteří vědí co dělají, neintrikují a mají chuť prodat náš dům jinak než jen tím, že stále zlevňují a vymlouvají se na trh a covid.
Našli jsme...
Pan Kamil Kůs dům detailně prošel, perfektně se s ním seznámil a rovnou nám řekl svou představu a kroky které budou následovat. Přes pár turistů a fantastů s nabídkami, jsme se dočkali opravdových zájemců a ačkoliv to vypadalo, že představy klientů a nás byli odlišné, pan Kůs je dokázal vyřešit a najít kompromis pro obě strany.
Žádný z jeho kroků nebyl vypočítavý nebo nefér a upřímnost byla základem naší komunikace.
Musím uznat, že realitní obor je velmi složitý, právně náročný a mít při prodeji nemovitosti silného "partáka" je nezbytné :)

Kdo to dočetl až sem, má bud špatné zkušenosti z konkurenci, nebo se chce vyhnout průšvihu. My Kaktus doporučujeme a držíme palce...

Mr. Kamil Kůs went through the house in detail, got to know him perfectly and immediately told us his idea and the steps that will follow. Despite a few tourists and fantastics with offers, we met with real applicants and although it seemed that the ideas of clients and us were different, Mr. Kůs was able to solve them and find a compromise for both parties.
None of his actions were calculating or unfair, and sincerity was the basis of our communication.
I must admit that the real estate field is very complex, legally demanding and having a strong "partner" when selling real estate is necessary :)
