I do not recommend, cold and arrogant dealings, just a phone call and we decided for the state funeral service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud mate nervy na objednani pohrbu a vsech "neprijemnosti" kolem s pani, ktera naprosto chladne a necitlive kona svoji praci, zajdete sem.
Za jednodussi, ale vse obsahujici pohreb jsem platil skoro 44tisKc. Zvazte, zda si za tuto castku nenajdete jinde alespon vstricny pristup chapajiciho zamestnance pohrebni sluzby a ne osobu, ktera vam konecnou castku vyhrkne az na konci a jeste dodatece dopocita vice dni na "mrazak". Zkuste se s ni na konci toho vseho jeste kvalifikovane hadat a hodit ji to na hlavu... :(
If you have the nerve to order a funeral and all the "inconveniences" around with a lady who is absolutely cold and insensitive doing her job, you will come here.
I paid almost 44 thousand CZK for a simple but everything-containing funeral. Consider whether for this amount you will find at least else the friendly approach of the employee of the funeral service and not the person who will give you the final amount at the end and still add more days to the "freezer". At the end of it all, try to argue with her in a qualified way and throw it on her head ... :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S pohřební službou Helfi,pobočkou na Praze 10 jsem byl velmi spokojen. Již při objednávání obřadu v kanceláři pobočky se mne ujali velmi přijemní lidé s citlivým empatickým přístupem. Co se obřadu týče,proběhl ve velmi tichém prostředí podrhující smuteční náladu. V obřadní síni na Olšanech také musím vyzvednou velmi profesionální a empatický personál. Obřad měl požadovanou úroveň. Závěrem bych rád poděkoval firmě Helfi že umožnila mne,rodině,kamarádům a známým se důstojně , na velmi vysoké úrovni a velmi skromně rozloučit se členem rodiny.
I was very satisfied with the funeral service Helfi, a branch in Prague 10. Already when ordering the ceremony in the branch office, I was taken by very pleasant people with a sensitive empathetic approach. As for the ceremony, it took place in a very quiet environment, underlining the mourning mood. In the ceremonial hall in Olšany I also have to pick up very professional and empathetic staff. The ceremony had the required level. Finally, I would like to thank Helfi for allowing me, my family, friends and acquaintances to be dignified, of a very high standard and very modestly saying goodbye to a family member.
