★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera jsem byl v Obloukové zařizovat smuteční obřad pro mou tetu a musím uznat, že takový způsob a průběh jednání bych si přál ve všech úřadech a institucích. Paní M.M. byla velice milá, příjemná a profesionálně pohotová. Srozumitelně jsme prošli všechny potřebné náležitosti od sestavení parte až po vzhled obřadu, nic mi nevnucovala a dovedla poradit ve věcech praktických, etických a místy i v těch "mezi nebem a zemí" :-)) Děkuji !!
Yesterday I was in Archery arranging a funeral ceremony for my aunt and I have to admit that I would like such a way and course of negotiations in all offices and institutions. Ms. M.M. she was very nice, pleasant and professionally helpful. Clearly, we went through all the necessary elements from the parte to the appearance of the ceremony, she did not impose anything on me and could advise on practical, ethical and in some places "between heaven and earth" :-)) Thank you !!
