Je umístěn na hranolovém podstavci uprostřed Klicperova náměstí na dvakrát odstupňovaném soklu shora ukončeném římsou. Socha básníka a dramatika V. K. Klicpery představuje sedící postavu, s pravou rukou podepřenou knihami.
The sandstone monument of Václav Kliment Klicpera from 1874 is the work of sculptors of the brothers Jiříček of Hořice and is protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic. It is located on a prismatic pedestal in the middle of Klicperovo Square on a two-tiered plinth topped with a cornice. The statue of the poet and playwright V. K. Klicpera presents a sitting figure with the right hand supported by books.
