Už týden žádám o vrácení peněz avšak bez úspěchu nedoporučuji nikomu aby s nimi jednal. ŠPATNÁ ZKUŠENOST.

Asi nejrychlejší dodání ve vesmíru. Vzhledem k me zkušenosti s podobnym eshopem viz moje recenze :D je tohle super a když vidím jakym stylem se odpovídá na recenze a je snaha pomoci tak nemam co vytknout!

Super kvalita produktu. Bohuzel v me objednavce chybel jeden ramecek... uz to je skoro tyden co se je snazim kontaktovat a odpovedeli jenom emailem at potvrdim cislo objednavky a od te doby nic. Dovolat se nemuzete, snazim se kazdy den od te doby co nastal problem...
Super product quality. Unfortunately, I missed one frame in my order ... it's been almost a week since I tried to contact them and they just answered by email to confirm the order number and nothing since. You can't call, I try every day since the problem occurred ...

25.11.2020 jsem objednal tričko a zaplatil kartou. 28.11. přišla zpráva že je zásilka odeslána, od té doby se marně snažím do firmy dovolat. Nereaguje na nic, telefon, mejly, chat také neodpoví. Nedoporučuji , je to podvod....

No dia 28 de novembro de 2020 fiz uma encomenda de três artigos(canecas), que foi confirmada. No dia 29 pedi para acrescentar mais uma moldura e me informassem qual o valor total da encomenda. Informaram que o valor total dos 4 artigos era 86.35€. No dia 30 paguei através de transferência bancária, que tenho o comprovativo conforme foto. Após alguns dias, como a encomenda não chegava, enviei mail a saber da encomenda, disseram que a encomenda não tinha sido paga. Enviei o comprovativo bancário várias vezes e nunca mais me responderam. Portanto estou sem o dinheiro e sem os artigos. Tenho o comprovativo do meu banco em como o dinheiro entrou na conta bancária da empresa, mas a empresa não me apresenta provas em como o dinheiro não entrou. Dizer que não entrou é fácil. Preciso de saber para para poder ir à policia apresentar queixa, porque alguém ficou com o dinheiro. Herminio Dias Já foi resolvido. Reconheceram o erro e fizeram a devolução do dinheiro.

+ rychlost vytvoření objednávky - komunikace pouze mailem, tel. Kontakt nikdo nezveda - po vracení mé objednávky od přepravce(ne moji chybou) na tento obchod, žádné info. - po mém dotazu pres mail mne bylo sděleno objednejte znovu (rád bych, polobina věci neni skladem) - timto veškerá komunikace skončila - naprostý nezájem o zákazníka nebo jakakoliv komunikace - vše se řeší přes mail objednejte znovu... - nikoho tam nezajimate
+ order creation speed - communication only by e-mail, tel - after returning my order from the carrier (not my fault) to this shop, no info. - after my inquiry via e-mail I was told to order again (I would like, half of the stuff is not in stock) - That's where all communication ended - complete lack of interest in the customer or any communication - everything is solved via mail order again ... - I don't care about anyone there
