★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mají všechno, i to, co jinde nemají. A pokud to nemají, objednaji. Přátelský přístup k zákazníkovi je zde samozřejmostí. A narozdíl od prodavačů v řetězcich vědí kde co mají, protože neprerovnavaji zboží v regálech každý týden.
They have everything, even what they don't have elsewhere. And if they don't, I'll order. A friendly approach to the customer is a matter of course here. And unlike chain vendors, they know where they are because they don't rearrange the shelves every week.
