Na zboží jsem čekal dlouho a navíc přišlo nefunkční a reklamaci už řeším přes dva měsíce a jen slibování, když se zrovna někdo uráčí napsat. Definitely don't take anything from this company. LCD nikdy nefungoval, obě skla mají malý defekt v jedné časti. Dle majitele mám vzít telefon k nim a že ten displej odzkousi a popř. vznikne reklamace.Já ale nebudu platit jemu ještě za to,že se hrabal v mém telefonu.Hlavně nemám.čas čekat s rozdělanym telefonem než mi dá funkční set skla a LCD.Majitel samozřejmě se snaží o to,aby se z toho vykroutil tím, že jsem si vše zničil.sám. Tak jsem ho v rámci 14ti denní lhůty odeslala zpět s tím, že display nesedí, a doteď nemám peníze zpět.. Pár dní po odeslání se mnou pán komunikoval přes emaily bez problému a po pár měsících mi během telefonátu oznámil, že se občas stane, že se jim balíček ztratí, protože jsem stále urgovala vrácení peněz. Věc hodlám předat policii, protože šlo o částku přes 1000 Kč. A year ago, I ordered a display at the store. He came early, but unfortunately the wrong type. So I sent it back within 14 days, saying that the display does not fit, and so far I have no money back. A few days after sending it, the master communicated with me via email without any problems and after a few months he informed me during the phone call that it happens sometimes, that their package would be lost because I was still urging a refund. I intend to turn the case over to the police, because it was over CZK 1,000.
O	Ondřej Tutsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volal jsem ohledně dotazu displeje pro mobil na eshopu, pán se při zvednutí telefonu ani nepředstavil (hovor zvedl s "nóó?") a po mém dotazu mi sdělil, že není u počítače a že mám zavolat za 10 minut (podle mě by měl volat on). Volal jsem za 10 minut - obsazeno, již se potom nikdo neozval. Jsem rád, že jsem nakonec nic neobjednal, když to tady tak čtu. Prý že to není možné, že ho kontrolují před odesláním... Poslal jsem na jejich žádost foto displeje mailem - bez reakce. Po týdnu jsem tedy napsal mail a zboží zaslal zpět jako reklamaci, s požadavkem na vrácení peněz. Bez reakce... Po 40ti dnech jsem psal opět mail, aby dle zákona vrátili peníze, jelikož reklamace nebyla do 30ti dnů vyřízena. Pohrozil ČOI. Bez jakékoliv reakce ze strany obchodu. Po 50ti dnech jsem volal na číslo uvedené na e-shopu, zvedl to zaměstnanec, cosi blekotal o tom že nestíhá. Sdělil jsem, že žádám okamžité vrácení peněz, jinak věc předávám na ČOI. Večer jsem peníze měl zpět na účtu. Obchod vůbec nekomunikuje, neodpovídá na maily, reklamace neřeší, jediná šance jak s nimi jednat je telefonicky. Velice nedoporučuji tento e-shop, kdyby šlo dát 0 hvězd, dám je bez rozmýšlení. The ordered display came perfectly wrapped, yet cracked in the top corner. Premium quality ... I said that I was requesting an immediate refund, otherwise I was handing over the matter to the CTIA. In the evening, I had the money back in my account. The store does not communicate at all, does not respond to e-mails, does not resolve complaints, the only chance to deal with them is by phone. I highly recommend this e-shop, if you could give 0 stars, I will give them without thinking.
