★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will not prepare your documents on time, even if you pay an extra fee. In my case, I paid for a two-hour fast print, and when I go there, they have no idea what I ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Explaining my experience in brief: I had to print my thesis, u have to do that using the PC in the place, using 2 different copy machines for black&white and colors. Doing that by myself caused a problem in the size what annoyed me. So the man there "Milan" and his colleague were very polite and printed it again for me using the colored machine. This issue caused a waste in papers, but they let me pay only once normal price.
The result was good quality of print, good attitude from the staff and fair prices. I would like to thank them.
