První písemná zmínka o obci Kutrovice v kladenském okrese pochází z roku rok 1360. Na návsi v jižní části obce se nachází pozdně barokní kaplička z poloviny 19. století. V jejím západním sousedství najdeme pozůstatky regionálně typické lidové architektury z první poloviny 19. století - dva zděné patrové domy s pavlačemi čp. 2 a čp. 5. Mohutný jírovec rostoucí vedle požární zbrojnice figuruje i v obecním znaku. Vsí protéká Bakovský potok, přes který v bezprostředním jihozápadním sousedství Kutrovic vyvýšeným mostem přechází silnice I. třídy č. 7 z Prahy do Chomutova. Kaple je postavena na obdélném půdorysu s mohutným štítovým nástavcem pro zvon. Má korunní římsu a konvexně vydutý nástavec. Příčná osa je vedena ve směru severojižním. V jižním průčelí má půlkruhově sklenutý vstup zakončený štítovým nástavcem pro zvon. Dřevěné jednokřídlé dveře jsou součástí půlkruhově sklenutého rámu. Střecha je valbová krytá taškou bobrovkou. Kaple je památkově chráněna od roku 1987. The first written mention of the village of Kutrovice in the Kladno district dates back to the year 1360. On the village square in the southern part of the village there is a late Baroque chapel from the middle of the 19th century. In it´s western neighborhood we find the remnants of the regionally typical folk architecture from the first half of the 19th century - two walled two-storey houses with gables No. 2 and No. 5. The massive tree growing next to the firearm is also featured in the municipal emblem. The Bakov Stream through the village, the first class road No. 7 from Prague to Chomutov passes through the elevated bridge in the immediate southwest neighborhood of Kutrovice. The chapel is built on a rectangular ground plan with a massive shield bell attachment. It has a crown ledge and a convex concaved extension. The transverse axis is guided in the north-south direction. In the southern facade it has a semi-circular vaulted entrance ending with a bell-shaped shield extension. Wooden single doors are part of a semi-circular arched frame. The roof is covered with a roofing tiles. The chapel has been preserved since 1987.
