Mi sdělil, že čekat nebude a zásilku dá na nejbližší výdejní místo podotýkám sekačku která má přes 40 kg. Děláte si ze mě srandu? V první řadě nemáte psát čas doručení a když řidič ví, že tam bude o hodinu dřív než byl předpokládaný čas doručení tak má dopředu zavolat. Catastrophe. Každou třetí zásilku jsem nucen brát na Parcelshopu, protože řidič není schopen zazvonit. The driver thinks the bell doesn't work. To nemluvím o rozbitých balících.. L	Lukáš V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji služby této firmy. Kurýr naložil 4 zásilky celkem za 4000,- do auta, na depo už nedorazily. Zákaznický servis dělá mrtvého brouka, tvrdí, že daný člověk a dodávka ( kterou jsem jim dokonce následně fotil) dle nich ani neexistuje . Vyjádření jsem se od ledna 2021 dodnes nedočkal, tzn přes rok … o náhradě škody ani nemluvím… I do not recommend the services of this company.
