★ ★ ★ ★ ★ celý den čekám na balíček aby ho vrátili zpět k odesílateli. Nikdo nevolá ani nepíše. Totální nehoraznost. Rozhodně nedoporučuji pokud nechcete stratit čas peníze a trpělivost. Je mi z této doručovací společnosti zle, už nikdy víc!!!!

Absolutně neodesílají v mailu, kdy by měli zásilku doručovat, často nedodržují termíny z jejich strany, kurýr mnohdy pošle SMS 5 minut před tím, než má balíček dodržovat, pak ho v časovém limitu nedodrží a jakmile mu nezvednete hned telefon poté, tak vám s balíčkem odjede a už vás nekontaktuje a máte smůlu a váš balíček jde na výdejní místo.
Takže si zaplatíte službu, ale už si ani nemůžete vybrat, kam balíček půjde a musíte si pro něj dojet sami. Samozřejmě záleží na kurýrech, jezdí k nám i ochotní, ale co mají hrozného všude, je jejich zákaznický servis, kde vám dají jasně najevo, že je absolutně nezajímáte, přečtou vám perfektně své podmínky, řeknou, že vaše stížnost není adekvátní a tím to pro ně končí...
Spoléhají na to, že jsou velká firma, která spolupracuje s mnoha e-shopy a že to prostě dál řešit nebudete.

Of course, it depends on the couriers, they come to us and the willing, but what they have terrible everywhere is their customer service, where they make it clear that you are absolutely not interested, read your conditions perfectly, tell you that your complaint is not adequate and thus they end ...
They rely on the fact that they are a large company that cooperates with many e-shops and that you simply will not deal with it further.
