★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pobočka je fajn, nestalo se mi, že bych tam dlouho čekala, má slušnou otevírací dobu a pracovníci jsou milí.
Obecně jsem s PPL spokojená - není to samozřejmě vždy stoprocentní (to ostatně není nic), ale komunikace ze strany PPL je skvělá, automatické emaily obsahují potřebné informace, SMS o doručení obsahují kontakt na kurýra, leccos lze změnit online, k dispozici je online chat s reálným člověkem na druhé straně (a ne robotem) a balíčky chodí v pořádku. Samozřejmě kurýři jsou občas takoví a makoví, ale celkově za mě spokojenost.
The branch is nice, I haven't had to wait there long, it has decent opening hours and the staff is nice.
In general, I am satisfied with PPL - of course it is not always 100% (after all, it is nothing), but communication from PPL is great, automatic emails contain the necessary information, SMS delivery includes contact to the courier, many things can be changed online, online chat is available with a real human on the other hand (and not a robot) and the packages go fine. Of course, couriers are sometimes like that and poppies, but overall satisfaction for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bez připomínek. Naopak. Na rozdíl od konkurenční Zásilkovny spolehlivé a perfektní služby. Rychlost, přesnost, lze platit bankovní kartou. Navíc včasná a přesná informovanost SMS. Nejvíce chválím, že je zde jednotné a STÁLE STEJNÉ ČÍSLO ZAKÁZKY. Což je NESMÍRNOU výhodou. Jinde totiž chtějí číslo zakázky a navíc speciální PIN-kód, což způsobuje zmatky. Zejména vydávajícím. Prostě, tady ukazují, že to jde dělat bez PINů i zbytečných průtahů!
