★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ačkoliv jsem zvolila doručení na danou adresu a platila navíc za tuto službu, dostala jsem informaci o tom, že si mám zajít zásilku vyzvednout. Když jsem kontaktovala Zasilkovnu, bylo my sděleno, že se omlouvají, ale bohužel už zásilka byla odeslána na výdejní místo. Adresát má zlomenou nohu, takže Zasilkovna díky svým nekvalitním službám nutí své zákazníky, aby podstupovali fyzicky náročnou cestu, ačkoliv Zasilkovna neposkytne servis za který dostala zaplaceno a kromě omluvy ani nenabídne kompenzaci. Osobně to považuji za bezdůvodné obohacování se. Takže tato společnost není nic víc než příkladem kombinace neschopnosti, nekvalitních zákaznických služeb a podvodného obohacování se na úkor lidí s úrazem. Těžko vyjádřit jak smutná a frustrující moje zkušenost je!

Personally, I consider this to be unjust enrichment. So this company is nothing more than an example of a combination of incompetence, poor customer service and fraudulent enrichment at the expense of people with injuries. Hard to express how sad and frustrating my experience is!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem nový uživatel Zásilkovny a hned mi ztratili balíček. Stav v aplikaci neodpovídal tomu, kde se balíček nacházel doopravdy naposledy, kdy byl spatřen… Při podání jiného balíčku byla zase zavřená pobočka i přesto, že aplikace hlásila, že mají otevřeno.
