Excellent instructors, great group of people and functional approach. Traditional martial arts to the modern world. No double somersault with a kick out of turn. The school fully meets the meaning of Practical.

I trained MA in China with top notch Masters for six, intensive months. During my MA career, I served as an instructor in three MA schools, including Brno´s PHK branch, which I helped to estabilish in 2010. If you´re serious about MA practise, especially in Chinese MA, I strongly recomend you to visit PHK centre in Prague.

Systemised it in a way that makes it relevant in the 21st century, studied strength and conditioning to add a scientific method and program to ensure regular folks get great results. Oh yes, he's also a super nice guy and compassionate teacher. Do yourself a favour and take some lessons here.
