★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pani za pultem neprijemna, vyvolava pocit, ze ji jste na obtiz, kdyz si prijdete do Zasilkovny. Kvuli ni jsem zmenila pobocku, kde jsem podavala. Doporucuji prozakaznictejsi pristup nebo zrusit Zasilkovnu, pokud to obtezuje.
The lady behind the counter is uncomfortable, it makes you feel like you're bothering her when you come to the Mailbox. Because of her, I changed the branch where I served. I recommend a pro-customer approach or cancel the Shipyard if it bothers you.
