Volala jsem na oba informační čísla 10x ale nikdo neodpověděl. Zaplatili jsme 175KC a budeme muset to vyprat to znovu v jiné pračce zas za 175KC! Ztráta peněz a času!!! >:( We've used a washing machine number 12 on the 2nd program (40°) and it never gave us any detergent!!! It clearly says the detergent will be added automatically and is included in the price, but for the whole cycle the water was cristal clear! I called many times on the "emergency contact", but no one picked up. We've paid 175KC and will have to pay again and use our own detergent. And we spent twice much time here. The washing machine number 12 ran out of work AUTOMATICALLY and unfortunately we learned about it not because of any awareness, but because there was no foam all the time! I called both information numbers 10 times but no one answered. We paid 175KC and we will have to wash it again in another washing machine again for 175KC! I never had problem here regarding laundry. Prices are ok considering inflation in Brno now. Easy to use machines and payment method both has description in English (yes you can pay by card/NFC mobile and coins too). As of now, 10kg machine cost 150kc, 18kg washing cost 200kc, each dryer 21kg capacity costs 75kc. There is possibility of support staff on call, place to sit inside, possibility of dryclean, ironing too and in general all ok. If you can walk, Brno center is just 10-15 min walk.
