Komunikace od nabídky, po konzultace a samotnou realizaci byla výborná. Určitě tuto firmu doporučuji. Věřím, že stejně spokojen budu i s následným servisem. :-) Zároveň ve stejném duchu a přátelském prostředí probíhala i následná instalace. Oba pracovníci montáže se chovali velmi slušně a ohleduplně . Instalace proběhla včetně dohodnutých atypických úkonů tj. předsazení vnitřní jednotky a vývodu kondenzátu z balkonu. Na závěr po sobě uklidili, tak jak to někteří nedokáží ani v běžném životě. Hello. Both assembly workers behaved very politely and considerately. The installation took place, including the agreed atypical tasks, ie hanging the indoor unit and the condensate outlet from the balcony. In the end, they cleaned up after themselves, as some can't even do in everyday life.

Od počátku reagovali rychle, navrhli několik variant řešení, kdy přihlédli k našemu požadavku co nejmenšího zásahu do vnitřních prostor domu. Samotná realizace proběhla podle domluveného harmonogramu. Zaměstnanci byli velmi opatrní během stavebních i instalačních prací (realizace proběhla v plně zařízeném a obývaném domě) a dokončovací práce byly provedeny pečlivě. Na závěr instalaci zprovoznili, otestovali a předali plně funkční. The Pragoclima company installed air conditioning in our house. The employees were very careful during the construction and installation work (the implementation took place in a fully furnished and inhabited house) and the finishing work was carried out carefully. At the end, they put the installation into operation, tested it and handed it over fully functional.

Instalace jedné vnitřní a venkovní jednotky zabrala necelé dopoledne a pánové po sobě i uklidili. Montážní tým na místě vymyslel efektní natažení trubek s chladivem s minimálním zásahem do interiéru domu. Příjemné vystupování, chlapi po sobě i uklidili. Po instalaci následovalo zaučení. C	Christian Pyrinec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel tuto firmu nedoporučuji! Jednu hvězdičku mají za to že ze začátku byly ochotný ohledně informaci atd.. . Bohužel to bylo tak vše. Pán na osobni schůzce se mnou vše probral (namluvil mi jaký vynikající benefit ma jich firma vypracoval mi nabídku vše bylo fajn ješte jsem se ujišťoval ohledně ceny či je to konečná (pro mně) co vše tam je a není na všem jsme se dohodly takže pani účetní mi poslala fakturu na uhrazení zálohy a pro jistotu jsem ji napsal či vše sedí a či je to vše jak jsme se s pánem dohodly bohužel mi odepsala že to tak není. Vo výsledku ten "největší" benefit jak je prezentován vůbec není není benefit. Bohužel kdyby jsem se nezeptal tak na konci by jsem doplatil za klimatizaci a vyšla by mě o cca 25 000,-Kč víc jak jsme se dohodly a bylo mi to moc krát potvrzováno když jsem si to ověřoval u pána. (Doplnění jich "speciální" nabídky podle pána od nich je odpuštění DPH z ceny) A dolním reakci na odpověď Pragoclima jo je to tam napsáno bez DPH proto jsem se Vášho obchodního zástupce ptal že či ta cena je koncová (pro mně) a nebo si k tomu mam připočítat +15DPH odpověděl mi že cena je konečná to měl být ten "speciální" benefit. Bohužel Informace byla lež vědomá nebo neznalost. Každopádně tak či onak není to profesionální přístup. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this company!
