We want to express maximum satisfaction with the delivery and installation of the LG Therma 9kw Monoblock heat pump in our family house. Both were incredibly helpful and willing to answer our endless questions about the installation, and everything they promised was always kept. We appreciate the human and individual approach of this family business in today's complicated world. We tried the operation of our pump at the beginning of January 2021, when the first stronger frosts started, and everything went to our satisfaction. I replaced the original 10-year-old air conditioner, newly supplied and installed by Mida from Mr. Jindra. I needed to move the air conditioning to another building after a year and a half, so I contacted Mr. Jindra again, also for warranty reasons. Mr. Jindra's technician was not able to install the air conditioner, so I had to contact another company that would perform the installation. The company installed the air conditioning without any problems, unfortunately the outdoor unit was too noisy. After contacting Mr. Jindra with a request for repair two months before the end of the warranty period, I was told to buy better bases and level them. But that if the compressor is defective, it will certainly accept the complaint. But even after the purchase and settlement, the noise did not subside. I called a technician who serviced the refrigeration equipment and I was told that it was a defective compressor, most likely from the factory. I contacted Mr. Jindra again, but he rejected my complaint on the grounds that he did not perform the installation and that it is a week after the warranty period. He is right, he did not perform the installation because his technician did not manage it, even though Mr. Jindra received photos of the building where he will install, three months before the installation itself. Everyone can make their own picture of the seriousness of the company. I'm not rich enough to afford to buy cheap products and have them installed by non-experts :) -------------------------------------------------- Response to Mr Jindra's reply: You are right, the air conditioning was purchased at our faculty, even if you have nothing to do with it, but I bought the air conditioning because our faculty moved from the building to the new one and the original building is undergoing a complete reconstruction. And yes, I have a proper invoice from the faculty for redemption. You also knew at the first contact where you will move the air conditioning, I sent you everything by e-mail with photo documentation and there was not a word that it was not possible to carry out the installation. Maybe the reason why no word came up was because, as you subsequently admitted to me, he didn't even look. I don't know why there should be a problem with hygiene and noise, in which case air conditioning must not be installed in any apartment building because it disturbs the surrounding neighbors (I'm not the only one who has air conditioning in our country). And with the same installation. And most importantly, if you told me straight away that you can't move the air conditioner and the warranty expires, I wouldn't do it at all, and that didn't happen even during the visit you made after installation. Plus, you kept telling me that if it was a compressor, you'd replace it. You only played for the time to be able to reject the complaint due to the expiration of the warranty period. --------- Purchased a new air conditioner about which I do not know at all whether the outdoor unit works or not. A quality company is not only recognized by whether it can only make a hole in the wall, but whether it is able to reclaim damaged goods.
