★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednané práce demolice provedeny ze dvou třetin a místo původně slibovaných dvou dnů to po kouskách plácali tři týdny. Po vznesení námitek následovalo zdlouhavé vymlouvání se zkušeným trhovcem Čápem na všechno možné včetně koronavirusu. Část základů nosné stěny místo odvozu byla pouze zamaskovaná hlínou, takže jsme to zjistili až po půl roce při výkopech pro základy nového objektu. Účtovaná cena ve finále byla mnohem dražší než původní rozpočet (doprovázenou opět řadou výmluv) a ještě to na nás zkoušeli, že můžou slevit, když nedostaneme fakturu = okrádají na daních.
The ordered demolition work was carried out in two thirds, and instead of the originally promised two days, they slapped it in pieces for three weeks. The objections were followed by a lengthy excuse with the experienced marketer Čáp for everything possible, including coronavirus. Part of the foundations of the load-bearing wall instead of removal was only masked with clay, so we found out after half a year during the excavations for the foundations of the new building. The price charged in the finals was much more expensive than the original budget (accompanied again by a number of excuses) and they tried to tell us that they could discount if we did not receive an invoice = they robbed of taxes.
