★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Супер сервис, всегда вовремя, чистые новые мерседесы, приятные водители, главное Ян, хорошо знает Прагу. Пользуюсь часто при деловых поездках, но заказывали летом и с семьёй микроавтобус для поездки в Карловы Вары. Рекомендую!
 Super service, always on time, clean new Mercedes, nice drivers, most importantly Jan, knows Prague well. I often use it for business trips, but in the summer I ordered a minibus with my family for a trip to Karlovy Vary. Recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un esperienza molto negativa che avrà un seguito legale. Siamo state contattate in piazza dell orologio a Praga da un ragazzo vestito di rosso che faceva parte di un gruppo di altri che con opuscoli rossi vendevano tour della compagnia Big Bus Prague Hop off hop on. Tour della città valido per 24 ore con fermate in vari punti della città dove potevi scendere e risalire . Prezzo 20 euro a testa ( 6 persone x20 =120 euro). Ci hanno fatto salire su un pulmino con vetri oscurati ( anziché il bus rosso) senza nessun auricolare facendoci fare un giro assolutamente fuori dai percorsi turistici . Siamo andati la mattina seguente a reclamare all ufficio del turismo con lo scontrino che ci è stato consegnato dal ragazzo che ci ha venduto il servizio e ci è stato detto che lo scontrino effettuato con una specie di bancomat era emesso da un ristorante .Per privacy non metto foto del pulmino di questa compagnia con la targa che ho fotografato ne’ nome del ragazzo che ci ha venduto il servizio .Non so se questo pulmino sia stato solo “affittato” comunque l autista era sicuramente d accordo perché è stato tutto il viaggio a telefono e alla fine del tour ci ha detto di andare la mattina seguente in piazza dai ragazzi che ci avrebbero reso parte dei soldi
I had a very bad experience that will have a legal follow-up. We were contacted in the clock square in Prague by a guy dressed in red who was part of a group of others who were selling tours of the Big Bus Prague Hop off hop on company with red brochures. Valid for 24 hours city tour with stops at various points in the city where you could get off and on. Price 20 euros per person (6 people x20 = 120 euros). They made us get on a van with tinted windows (instead of the red bus) without any headset making us take a ride absolutely off the tourist trail. We went the following morning to complain to the tourist office with the receipt that was given to us by the guy who sold us the service and we were told that the receipt made with a kind of ATM was issued by a restaurant. I put photos of the minibus of this company with the plate that I photographed in the name of the guy who sold us the service. phone and at the end of the tour he told us to go to the square the following morning by the guys who would give us some of the money
