Prefast CZ s.r.o.

I usually avoid negative reviews, but the experience with Prefast s.r.o. cannot be overlooked. With the company Prefast s.r.o., namely with Mr. Ing. Unfortunately, we have a negative experience, which does not stem from one meeting, but a total of almost three months of martyrdom, which ended with our resignation and, in addition, a fine from the representative real estate company Bidli. The first meeting with the engineer seemed to be in a very professional spirit, listening to our wishes and requirements regarding client changes, visiting a type house… The problem occurred in solving the documents for the financing bank. The construction price list itself + project documentation and building permits for a completely different type of house! Believing that everything will be resolved by submitting an application for a change in construction before completion! ?! Increasing the price by landscaping, which were first part of the price, were not actually later. Reason? The designer made a calculation error (retaining walls, soil removal), simply a bad calculation, it doesn't matter, clients will pay for it. And although the real estate broker Bidli was supposed to be the one who will handle all the issues, actively communicate with the company Prefast, the broker very quickly found out that his hands are as tied as we are and the whole process is only in the hands of "developer activities". The last thing we felt during the whole process is that if you are not a client of a large building complex, but only one person who wants a house, your priorities will go away, even if a larger order came after yours. So what is our experience with living in Prefast houses? None, we didn't get that far.
