One of the worst service experiences, they promise, don't keep ... deadlines, agreements, behavior ... I recommend taking my money elsewhere, not to these people.

I absolutely do not recommend this service. Unfortunately, the manual transmission in our car broke down on the way to vacation, so in an emergency we were looking for the nearest service to which the car could be towed. Mr. Bárta was accommodating in this and although everyone in the area did not have space, he accepted the car for repair. Unfortunately, the problem with the car was more extensive, the entire transmission had to be replaced. It took the service a week to diagnose. Since the car is of an older date and a high raid, we did not think about the original part. Mr. Bárta himself suggested that it could be profitable to mount the gearbox "from the junkyard", but that I had to get it. I managed to find a suitable-looking piece, so I combined a specific junkyard with a service to, as professionals, agree on whether the transmission really belongs in my car. I was told from both sides that yes, although in honor of the service, it must be said that he requested the VIN code of the source car, which unfortunately could not be traced. I picked up the packed gearbox and brought it in person for service. At that time, the service was already urging me that their disassembled car was taking up space in the workshop. Nevertheless, it took them another week and a half to assemble the gearbox. In addition, during the installation, the service staff caused further damage to the car (breaking the coolant tank), the repair of which was invoiced to me on the grounds that the plastic of the container was already cracked. The whole repair from towing to pickup took 5 weeks! After picking up the car, I found out that the gear ratios did not fit the car. Mr. Bárta approached the fact that I supplied the gearbox and it is not his problem. He did not acknowledge that he, as a professional and authorized service, had taken over the part himself, which he had agreed with the owner of the junkyard. The conclusion is that the car was basically impossible to drive, there had to be a new replacement gearbox. The second service marveled at the quality of the work, allegedly missing some bolts and the engine was poorly grounded. I also saw the transmission for the first time without any packaging, so I could notice a large sign from the junkyard, which clearly indicates that this transmission is not for my type of car (I have a 1.4 VTi engine, the transmission clearly has a 1.6 VTi). I can't imagine anyone missing this.
