Veliká spokojenost. Moc děkuji. Příště už budu jezdit jen tady. Very happy !!! They fixed my damage caused to me by another service at a great price. D	Daniel Kravec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl bych se podělit o zkušenosti s autoservisem "PRETTY CAR" v Ostravě-Hrabové. Před nedávnem jsem u nich byl na opravu výfuku a výměnu předních pér na tumičích. A výsledek?! Výfuk byl opraven způsobem takovým, že byl totálně přitlačen k podvozku auta a místo gumy, která zajišťuje pružnost výfuku, byl přimontován na pevnou a mezi výukový tlumič byla vražená složená pracovní rukavice, aby tlumič nebouchal. Výměna předních pér mi připadala, jako špatný vtip! Mladý mechanik si nevěděl rady, jak je nasadit, tak jsem i já, jako zákazník, musel pomáhat. Po zdánlivě ukončené opravy jsem zaplatil dost vysokou částku, ale po cca 1 týdnu jsem začal mít velké problémy na přední nápravě. Nakonec se zjistilo, že máchanik špatně uložil péra a navíc vůbec nedotahnul tlumiče, jak dole v čepu, tak i v horním uložení!!! Což způsobilo vymlácení tlumičů, horního uložení i spodního čepu a škoda se vyšplhala na několik tisíc korun!!! Z tohoto důvodu si dovolím varovat každého, koho by napadlo, že zajede se svým autem do tohoto servisu!!! I would like to share my experience with the "PRETTY CAR" car service in Ostrava-Hrabová. The exchange of front feathers seemed like a bad joke! The young mechanic didn't know how to deploy them, so I, as a customer, had to help. After seemingly completed repairs, I paid a high enough amount, but after about 1 week I started having big problems on the front axle. Finally, it was found that the schnauzer did not fit the feathers badly and in addition did not pull the dampers down, both in the pin and in the upper bearing !!! Which caused the thrashing of the dampers, the upper bearing and the lower pin and the damage went up to several thousand crowns !!! For this reason, I dare to warn anyone who would think that he would go with his car to this service !!!
