Unfortunately, after the last two experiences, I have to give a negative evaluation. You have been waiting for an extract from the documentation for two days, it is said that the waiting room is full of people ... I used to go to Mrs. Pacltová in Loděnice and it was never a problem to come to pick up the documentation at a certain hour, even on the same day (the waiting room was also full). Only the nurse always came out, handed over the documentation, I paid, and I went my own way. So a thing for 5-10 minutes..Not here .. here you have to sit in the waiting room, and go inside to see the doctor, even though you don't even need / want to talk to her, you just want a statement. I don't understand .. And I don't understand at all what is so insanely demanding on a statement that it takes two days. Another thing, the main thing - I was always treated and talked about as someone who harassed them. See the last incident when I had an acute condition (no matter what) and after politely asking if it would not be appropriate to perform blood tests, I was reprimanded as a little student, which I really want is so unusual and daring, and that I have nothing and that it is not necessary. The tests were then performed on me the next day in Motol, automatically, without my intervention, due to the suspicion of complications in my illness, and the test results revealed that something was definitely happening. So I really don't feel like going to Mrs. Jiráková anymore. I go to the circuit breaker about once every 5 years, only when it is really necessary (if I do not take into account the annual statement from the documentation for work), and I really do not need to feel like someone who bothers and overburdens them.

Very kind and helpful approach from both MUDr. Jirákové, so her sisters. She takes good care of us, there has never been a problem with anything. Many thanks especially for our 81-year-old mother, who loves the doctor very much.

The doctor is very careful, precise, kind. The whole thing is spoiled by the nurse, who completely ignores the basic arrangement of patients, orders more patients to the surgery than they are able to handle. He accepts them regardless of their status and the reason for the visit. I experienced it twice before the preoperative examination. Always a week before the birth. For the first time, I sat with my little son in the waiting room for the sick half an hour beyond the time ordered. For the second time, I sat in an overcrowded waiting room full of obviously ill patients. I admit that it discouraged me from visiting another otherwise nice and skilful doctor
