Vaše zuby si zaslouží královskou péči. Tak to jsem si svého času myslel i já. Opomenu, že rentgen čelisti, který pojišťovny plně hradí tady stojí tisíc korun. Nevadí mi to. Ale měl jsem asi 20 let můstek, který mi dělali v Německu. Bylo mi řečeno, že se již musí vyměnit. Dobře. Zaplatit jsem přes 20 tisíc (plus 30 Kč poplatek u lékaře). Za rok a něco můstek spadl. O nějaké záruce ani slovo. Přišel jsem o zub a zaplatit dalších více jak 20 tisíc. Za půl roku můstek spadl. Tak jsem šel jinam a můstek drží. Dneska lituji, že jsem je nezažaloval.

Your teeth deserve royal care. That's what I thought at the time. I will forget that the X-ray of the jaw, which the insurance company fully pays here, costs a thousand crowns. I do not mind it. But I had about 20 years the bridge they made to me in Germany. I was told that they had to be replaced. Good. I pay over 20 thousand (plus 30 CZK medical fee). In a year and something the bridge fell. Not a word about any guarantee. I lost my tooth and pay more than 20 thousand. In six months the bridge has fallen. So I went somewhere and the bridge holds. Today I regret not suing them.

Hledala jsem nového zubaře, protože jsem už nebyla spokojená se soukromou klinikou, kam jsem chodila. Narazila jsem na tuto kliniku, kde mají na stránkách neúplný ceník, ale pod pojmem "Vstupní prohlídka" (i kontrolní 2x za rok), která má být hrazena pojišťovnou, očekávám provedení velkého rentgenu čelisti. Namísto toho mi pan doktor rentgen vůbec dělat nechtěl a hned se chtěl pouštět do vrtání zubu, se kterým jsem vůbec neměla problém a přitom ignoroval moje stížnosti o bolesti na zubu vedle. Jelikož jsem byla ze své kliniky zvyklá, že mi dělali vždy 1x ročně velký rentgen + 2x za rok malé podrobné snímky, a bylo to plně hrazené pojišťovnou, byla jsem překvapená, že zde jsem si jej musela vyžádat a ještě mi bylo sděleno, že není hrazený pojišťovnou. To opravdu nechápu, proč by to pojišťovna někde hradila a někde ne, když s ní mají smlouvu. Vůbec se mi to nelíbilo, tak jsem nakonec odmítla ošetření i rentgen a z ordinace jsem odešla, že půjdu jinam. A navíc se člověk skoro nedomluví na recepci česky.

I was looking for a new dentist because I was no longer satisfied with the private clinic I went to. I came across this clinic, where they have an incomplete price list on the website, but under the term "Entrance examination" (also a control twice a year), which is to be covered by the insurance company, I expect a large X-ray of the jaw. Instead, the doctor did not want to do X-rays at all and immediately wanted to drill a tooth with which I had no problem at all, while ignoring my complaints about the toothache next door. Since I was used to from my clinic that they always did me a large X-ray once a year + small detailed pictures twice a year, and it was fully covered by the insurance company, I was surprised that I had to request it here and I was told that it was not paid by the insurance company. I really don't understand why an insurance company would pay for it somewhere and not somewhere if they have a contract with it. I didn't like it at all, so in the end I refused treatment and X-rays and I left the surgery to go elsewhere. In addition, one hardly speaks Czech at the reception.
