Pri dotazu, proc se byt prodava mi odpovedel: To je snad jedno, prodava se to.
Na coz jsem odpovel, ze je to pro mě dulezita informace, kdyz byt stoji pres 4 miliony.
Makler mi sdelil, ze toto neni moc obvykla otazka, ze zajemcu ma hodne a pokud by se mnou
chtel mluvit, tak se mi ozve.
Rozhovor ukoncil s tim, ze to jsou osobni veci proc se byt prodava a ze mi to sdelovat nebude.
Ja uz jsem se bohuzel nemohl na nic jineho zeptat, protoze zavesil.
Non-professional and arrogant approach to brokers.
When asked why the apartment is for sale, he answered me: It doesn't matter, it sells.
To which I replied that this is important information for me when the apartment costs over 4 million.
The broker told me that this is not a very common question, that I am very interested in the applicant and if he would
he wanted to talk, so he'll call me.
He ended the conversation with the fact that these are personal things why the apartment is being sold and that he will not tell me.
Unfortunately, I couldn't ask anything else because he hung up.
