V případě vrácení zboží pak očekávejte problémy jako, že vám bude prodavač tvrdit nesmysly, že když uděláte objednávku přes net následně jí vyzvednete na prodejně, tak tím zaniká nárok na vrácení zboží ve 14 denní zákonné době což samozřejmě není pravda. If you can, buy somewhere else! Definitely not recommended! In the case of returning the goods, expect problems such as the seller telling you nonsense that if you make an order over the net and then pick it up at the store, this eliminates the right to return the goods within 14 days of legal time, which of course is not true.

D	Doug Silkstone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid like the plague - they messed up delivery once and didn't bother bringing one deck - turns out they were faulty, then knocked 20% off the refund amount because they damaged the mixer after I'd returned. I suspect the goods sold were used as firmware mismatched. Didn't bother getting back to me for 10 days despite calls and emails, Saw them selling my returns online as perfect condition - called the owner, David, who spun a ton of lies and confused himself in the process, poor guy. Go to a reputable dealer like gear4music and save yourself a headache - take a read of the other reviews here and make up your own mind. You'll get typical Czech customer service and crooked owner to deal with. Yawn.
S	Sam Nicholls on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: I did eventually receive a refund. I hope that if I use this store again, they might be a bit faster to respond when the stock isn't available. I made an online order with this company. I waited for weeks, no delivery, no communication so I emailed and was told they were waiting on the supplier. Finally they cancelled my order as the unit was out of stock but didn't return the money to my account. I have emailed three times to get my money back and they still haven't returned the money - it's not a small amount! I hope this is an honest mistake and they will return the money - if not, I will need to seek legal advice. Regardless, it's a very poor experience overall.
