Bez jakéhokoliv varování nebo přeptání mi pani pedikérka udělala nějakou pedikuru o 240,- dražší. Zákaznice vedle mě se přeptali, zda má o toto zájem. Mě však nikoliv a udělala mi ji automaticky. Taky mi odmítli uplatnit slevu za počet návštěv a tvářili se, že nerozumí o co jde. Toto studio už určitě nenavštívím. I have just completed a pedicure in Eden, where I have been several times. Without any warning or asking, the pedicurist made me a pedicure for 240, - more expensive. The customers next to me asked if she was interested in this. But not me and she did it to me automatically. They also refused to give me a discount on the number of visits and pretended not to understand what it was all about. I will definitely not visit this studio anymore.
I	Iveta Dufková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Křivý, hrbolatý, lak jsem měla naprosto všude… i když jsem paní říkala, že jsou nehty křivé, nebyla schopná opravit, nechapu, jak mě s těmahle otřesnýma nehtama mohla vůbec pustit…NEDOPORUČUJI! Nejotřesnější zážitek, kdy na mě paní, která prováděla pedikúru řvala dvěma slovy"ne papír", kdy] jsem požádala o slabé nehty. Vyhodila mě že salonu. Nikdo nerozumí ani šlo o český bohužel. Jednání strašné, jsem opravdu v šoku. Unfortunately, he doesn't deserve a single star! M	Michaela Lacova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem na provozovně v Edenu protože moje kosmetička bohužel již do konce roku neměla žádné volno. Navštívila jaem provozovnu na začátku prosince na doplnění řas… Jednalo se o čistou tragédii. Procedura byla dost bolestivá, protože mi slečna slepila horní řasy se spodníma a pak to odtrhavala od sebe, ve finále vzala nůžky a spodní řasy ustříhala… Řasy mi během jednoho týdne skoro kompletně vypadaly, tak jsme šla žádat o opravu, nebo vracení peněz. Slečna si dovolila na mě nechutně řvát a ještě mi chtěla vrazit facku, že mi rozhodne nic opravovat nebude. Nakonec jsem se dohodla s jinou slečnou, že za opravu zaplatím jen polovinu. Řekla jsem Ok. Ale úplně ten stejný příběh, slepené spodní a horní řasy… Nemluvím o tom, že 5D řasy vypadali jako 2D, také bohužel do týdne vypadali. Takže peníze v pr* a řasy žádné… Rozhodně NEDOPORUČUJI!!! The young lady allowed herself to shout disgustingly at me and still wanted to slap me that she would definitely not correct me. In the end, I agreed with another girl that I would pay only half for the repair. I said ok. But exactly the same story, glued lower and upper lashes… I'm not talking about 5D lashes looking like 2D, unfortunately they also looked a week later. So money in pr * and algae no… Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED !!!
T	Tereza K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DBK- První zkušenost s gelovými nehty a bohužel špatná. Paní Kamila od začátku do konce nesplnila jediné mé přání, které jsem jako zákazník měla. Původně jsem chtěla mírnou úpravu nehtů, neprodlužovat a pouze shellak. Tato varianta mi byla rozmluvena, že prý mám moc krátké nehty, tak paní navrhla gelový lak…. Ve zkratce, gelu bylo použito na můj vkus moc, nehty byly nepřirozené, hrbolaté. Každý nehet jinak dlouhý a nerovnoměrně spilovaný, aplikace na nehtech nezarovnaná a na nehtech rýhy. Nehledě na to, že paní mi dala snad nejdražší kombinaci kterou měli v nabídce. ? … poslední tečkou bylo, když jsem se dozvěděla, že berou pouze hotovost, kterou jsem u sebe samozřejmě neměla. Paní řekla, že si mám jít vybrat a aby měla záruku, že se vrátím, tak tam mám nechat kabelku, že prý doklad nestačí. ??‍♀️ Co to je za přístup???…. Nakonec jsem výsledek doma upravila aspoň tak abych s tím v rámci možností byla spokojená…. Doufám, že za ty peníze aspoň chvíli vydrží… DBK- First experience with gel nails and unfortunately bad. Despite the fact that the lady gave me perhaps the most expensive combination they had on offer. …… The last point was when I learned that they only take cash, which of course I did not have with me. The lady said that I should go and choose, and in order to guarantee that I would return, I should leave a purse there, that the document was not enough. ??‍♀️ What is this approach ???…. In the end, I adjusted the result at home so that I would be satisfied with it as much as possible…. I hope that for the money it will last at least a while…

Dnes jsem šla na nehty i na pedikúra by šla, až na to že jsem místo 450,- zaplatila 790,-. Ale co se týče nehtů tak jsem nikdy nebyla víc zklamaná. Chtěla jsem trochu do špičky, mám místo toho kočičí drápy, slečna mi ani neodstříhala kůžičku, 3x mi tekla krev, nerovnoměrně nanesená barva a ještě jsou totálně křivé a 750,- už se mi znovu za toto dávat nechce :( I don't normally write reviews, but I have to today. I go to the Cloudy Spa in Eden almost regularly. Today I went for nails and pedicures would go, except that instead of 450, - I paid 790, -. But when it comes to nails, I've never been more disappointed. I wanted a little to the top, I have cat claws instead, the young lady didn't even cut my skin, my blood flowed 3 times, the color was unevenly applied and they are still totally crooked and 750, - I don't want to be blamed for this again :(
