Dne 15.1.2022 jsem byla na prodejně O2 v OC Eden (tuto prodejnu nedoporučuji navštěvovat), kde se mne v 20:30 ujal znuděný zaměstnanec D. , který se ani nesnažil nabídnout řešení nebo něco vymyslet, jak pomoci. Jen si vtipně chatoval s kolegou, fronta v prodejně s ním ani nehla a jen koukal na hodinky, až bude 21:00, aby mohl zavřít. Vymýšlet řešení jsem za tohoto pracovníka musela já jakožto zákazník. Při další větě se opět vracel na začátek konverzace, v socialismu by se tento člověk výborně uplatnil. Po 30 minutách jsem odešla bez řešení a s nervy na konci. Tento člověk je opravdu "výkvět zákaznického servisu " myšleno ovšem ironicky. Bylo mu patrně i jedno, že svým chováním dělá špatnou reklamu O2, neschopnost. lajdáctví, dělání si srandy ze zákazníka... Terrible attitude of the worker in the store. On January 15, 2022, I was at the O2 store in OC Eden (I do not recommend visiting this store), where I was picked up at 8.30 pm by a bored employee D., who did not even try to offer a solution or come up with something to help. He was just kidding with a colleague, the line in the store didn't even play with him, and he just looked at his watch until 9:00 so he could close. As a customer, I had to come up with a solution for me. In the next sentence, he returned to the beginning of the conversation; in socialism, this person would do well. After 30 minutes I left without a solution and with nerves at the end. This person is really "customer service flowering" meant ironically. He probably didn't care that his behavior made O2 bad, incompetent. carelessness, making fun of the customer ...

Lying employees, willing to do anything to fool a person into purchasing something which does not meet their expectations, just to get their bonus at the end of the month. Not only that, but when you have evidence of their deceits, they are deemed unusable. How is a video tape of your employee lying to our face not fit as an evidence? Pick a different operator, regardless which one, just not O2. Everyone else is better - better prices, better services and upfront conditions.

After two days they answer telling me I must call in some number to change the day with the technician, that they send me missatges in czech when I had an english profile and I must contact myself with the technician, that they cannot do anything. They are not professional, they are not serious, change the company. But of course, they made me pay 2000 crowns as a diposit. To recieve your money they are really fast.
