★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem navštívila prodejnu v Edenu. Oslovila jsem zaměstnankyni, byla to tedy brigádnice, nicméně slečna evidentně nebyla česka a absolutně nerozuměla česky. Naprosto nebyla schopna reagovat na můj dotaz ani na žádný další můj podnět. Považuji to za tristní.
Today I visited a store in Eden. I addressed the employee, so she was a part-time worker, but she was clearly not Czech and absolutely did not understand Czech. Absolutely not been able to respond to my question nor any other incentive mine. I find it miserable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na to, že je to jedna z větších prodejen, je tu problém mít velikosti 39,40....Aspoň to je moje zkušenost...
Due to the fact that it is one of the larger stores, there is a problem with the size of 39.40 .... At least it is my experience ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi neprofesionalni obsluha se zvláštním chováním. Budu radeji chodit nekam, kde je personal prijemny a proškoleny na platbu kartou. Tady bylo vsechno spatne :(.
Very unprofessional service with special behavior. I would rather go somewhere where the staff is friendly and trained to pay by card. Everything was wrong here :(.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience as a customer of CCC was disappointing with respect to the quality of the product I purchased and to the service I received. In particular, I bought a pair of sneakers a year ago from CCC. I did not wear them often, but a month ago I noticed that the soles disolved. Even if it was admitted that it was a materiál failure, my warranty claim was declined.
