★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obchod vskutku maličký, ale vybrat se da. Paní zpočátku lehce odtazita - ale po zjištění, že hodlám nakupovat bez slev byla milá.
Shop really tiny, but choose da. The lady was slightly distant at first - but after finding that I was going to shop without discounts she was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jednani personalu je skvele do chvíle nez prijdete po pul roce resit reklamaci. Pani majitelka se chova, jako kdyby se ji vec netykala. Boty které se po krátkém nošení (cca pul roku) rozparaji poslou na zasiti, které je provedeno nekvalitne (nasiti je provedeno krive bez vytazeni původních niti). Celkově nelze obuv po oprave používat, navíc se kozene boty vrati zaspinene a vysušené. Pri vrácení reklamce se ani nepokusili vec napravit. Bohužel ac vyber perfektní, sem jiz znovu nepujdeme.

Shoes that after a short wear (about half a year) rozaraji sent to the sowing, which is done poor quality (sewing is made crooked without pulling the original thread). Overall, the shoes can not be used after repair, in addition, leather shoes return dirty and dried. They did not even attempt to remedy the matter when returning the claim. Unfortunately and choose the perfect, we will not go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne zrovna nejlevější pantofle se po 10 měsících nošení rozpadají. Personál zmatený a znuděný, neumí pořádně vypsat reklamaci, neví, jak se jmenují části boty. Paní majitelka reklamaci písemně zamítá s tím, že obuv je obnošená. Paní na krámě se k ničemu nemá, protože "není majitelka". Prý se nedá nic dělat a můžu jít na ČOIku. Majitelku nelze nijak kontaktovat. Nedoporučuji.
Not exactly the leftest slippers fall apart after 10 months of wearing. The staff is confused and bored, they can't write complaints properly, they don't know the names of the parts of the shoe. The owner rejects the complaint in writing, stating that the shoes are worn. The lady at the shop is useless because "she is not the owner". There's nothing you can do and I can go to the CTIA. The owner cannot be contacted in any way. I do not recommend.
