Quality and nice shoes at affordable prices. Previously, "Bata" was on every corner, now there are only a few, but the quality is still the same as years ago.

Vyřízení reklamace s nekompetentními a nepříjemnými prodavačkami bych si v roce 2022 klidně mohl odpustit. Silně nedoporučuji. Of the three pairs of shoes made here, two fell apart pointlessly. L	Lucka Kotnova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Silně NEDOPORUČUJI boty z BATI, prodávají nekvalitní produkty, které vydrží sotva rok, pozor nelze poté reklamovat! Již u druhého páru se mi letos zcela a úplně rozpadla podrážka. Při reklamaci jsem musela čelit velmi nepříjemnému chování zaměstnanců na pobočce Baťa na Flóře. Reklamace nakonec nebyla uznána, i přesto, že jsem boty používala tak, jak se má. Chodila jsem s nimi do práce a poté po kanceláři po koberci (!). Nebyly vystaveny žádným netradičním přírodním jevům. Absolutně nachápu, že se u bot rozpadla podrážka a to po necelém roku nošení. Přístup typu "v botech musíte chodit pouze a jenom doma po čisté podlaze" bych od Bati původně nečekala. Nyní vím, že už se tam nikdy nevrátím a doporučuji všem tam nic nekupovat. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND BATI shoes, they sell low-quality products that will last barely a year, be careful not to complain afterwards! Already for the second pair, my sole completely and completely fell apart this year. During the complaint, I had to face very unpleasant behavior of employees at the Baťa branch in Flóra. In the end, the complaint was not accepted, even though I used the shoes as I should. I went to work with them and then around the office on the carpet (!). They were not exposed to any non-traditional natural phenomena. I absolutely understand that the sole of my shoes fell apart after less than a year of wearing. I would not expect Bata from the "you only have to walk in your shoes and only at home on a clean floor" approach. Now I know that I will never return there and I recommend everyone not to buy anything there.
